1. Ticket Purchases & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for the Leading Wellness Forum are final and non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances, except where required by law.

2. Event Details & Changes

The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, schedule, venue, or any related arrangements at their sole discretion. The event organisers will endeavor to notify ticket holders of any material changes as soon as reasonably practicable.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that the Leading Wellness Forum is canceled or postponed, the event organisers will provide notice as soon as possible. Where feasible, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date, or as otherwise determined by the event organisers. The event organisers shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or expenses incurred by ticket holders as a result of cancellation or postponement.

4. Transfer of Tickets

Tickets may not be resold or transferred unless with the express permission of the event organisers.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct

All attendees must comply with any health, safety, and conduct guidelines as directed by the event organisers, venue staff, or local authorities. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, or remove any person from the event, whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.

6. Liability

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The event organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from attendance at the Leading Wellness Forum, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded. The event organisers may use this media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without further notice or compensation.

8. Privacy
