Harnessing joy, my kids, dancing, living in colour, being outside, saying YES.
After losing my husband at 47, I changed my life. Something had to give. And it was almost me.
So I left 25 years of corporate marketing, 10 years of yoga teaching and a lifetime of pleasing others to launch Eir, so I could focus on something I'm truly passionate about - midlife wellness.
On the way I discovered a lot about myself... I also started my own little YES movement.

My passion for menopause care is deeply personal. During my own menopausal transition, I experienced insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, hives and weight gain. I no longer felt like myself, and the impact on my confidence and work was profound.
At that stage, because I couldn't tolerate hormone therapy, finding effective treatment was challenging. After seeking help from multiple healthcare practitioners, it was ultimately evidence-based nutrition and targeted supplementation that transformed my health.
That experience inspired me to undertake formal training in menopause care. Now eight years post menopause, I continue to manage my symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle strategies. It is this combination of lived experience, professional expertise and a passion for evidence-based care that drives my commitment to helping other women navigate menopause with confidence.
